This location is not professional or customer friendly at all. I reserved this U-Haul a few days ago and when my husband went over there to get U-Haul the representative said we didn’t have a reservation. We had to call someone else to find the reservation. They charged my card a 100.00 and did not explain why my card was charged a 100.00 and my reservation charge was only for a little over 45.00.

Best experience I’ve had with U-Haul.
Carolyn MMaybe put more ring-type tie-downs inside the truck box. There are wooden rails, but not all straps with ratchets and hooks will fit behind those rails. Have you all considered renting load locks appropriate to the inside of the box? Overall, not a bad experience at all. Next time I may also consider hiring help through U-Haul also. Thanks!
