I had an extremely frustrating experience with U-Haul. What should have been a simple moving process turned into unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The equipment wasn’t handled properly, communication was poor, and the overall experience felt disorganized from start to finish. On top of that, dealing with the worst experiences I’ve had with any company. The equipment was clearly not maintained properly, had no gas which is unacceptable for something you’re trusting during a major move. It didn’t feel safe or reliable, and When we tried to get help, the office was CLOSED. No warning, no support, nothing. We were left completely on our own in the middle of a move with faulty equipment and zero assistance. Customer service was no better—getting a straight answer or any real help felt impossible. The entire experience was disorganized, careless, and honestly made a difficult day so much worse. Save yourself the headache and go with literally any other option.

Took less than 10 minutes to pick up U-Haul. Great Service

SUNDAY AThe service agent did not communicate well. We were not sure what to do about pick up. The office had a closed sign on it. But we saw the agent on the property and asked him what to do He then began loading the blanket and dollie that we rented. The gate was closed when we returned. We did not know what to do. Again, we eventually saw the agent on the property. He then said to enter a gate code that he gave us. Turns out that there was a code on the key ring that was faded out. . The whole experience was very awkward and unprofessional.
EDWARD WThis location is not professional or customer friendly at all. I reserved this U-Haul a few days ago and when my husband went over there to get U-Haul the representative said we didn’t have a reservation. We had to call someone else to find the reservation. They charged my card a 100.00 and did not explain why my card was charged a 100.00 and my reservation charge was only for a little over 45.00.
