Oyeleye oI had an extremely frustrating experience with U-Haul. What should have been a simple moving process turned into unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The equipment wasn’t handled properly, communication was poor, and the overall experience felt disorganized from start to finish. On top of that, dealing with the worst experiences I’ve had with any company. The equipment was clearly not maintained properly, had no gas which is unacceptable for something you’re trusting during a major move. It didn’t feel safe or reliable, and When we tried to get help, the office was CLOSED. No warning, no support, nothing. We were left completely on our own in the middle of a move with faulty equipment and zero assistance. Customer service was no better—getting a straight answer or any real help felt impossible. The entire experience was disorganized, careless, and honestly made a difficult day so much worse. Save yourself the headache and go with literally any other option.
