Discontinue requiring immediate reimbursement for damages if customer declines insurance OR include cost of insurance in rental fee OR U-Haul provide their own insurance for equipment just as all motorists do.

The lady who give it to me she gave me something that was not good to be driving with all the lights were broke and she even rented it to me just like that When shes not supposed to do that. They charge me $344.86 for something that I didn’t do

One simple problem. The windshield was dirty inside and affected clear view. Maybe add some kind of check-off list to include that on clean-up procedure. The power of truck engine was very adequate on highway in mountains to pull with furniture inside body and Prius car pulled behind on your trailer.

I have rented uhaul for the past three years and have never had to go 70 miles to pick up a rental. The truck was dirty inside the cab and there was a drop off less than a mile from where I was staying and had to drop off 10 miles away! On top of all this the truck needed an alignment ! So no I’m not happy at all because I feel like I did 80% of the agreement. You are not the only rental service .

I booked a 10 foot U-Haul online about a week ahead of time to be picked up in Norman, OK. A lady called me to follow up with my booking and let me know which location to get the U-Haul. After all of this I needed to get a 15 foot U-Haul so I called back and told the lady that l would only be making one trip and had more stuff to move. She reserved the 15 foot truck for me and told me that it would work better because the 10 foot did not have a loading ramp and that would be hard to load the washer and dryer that I had told her I needed to move. When I initially booked the 10 foot U-Haul I was unsure if Idabel, OK had a U-Haul location to drop the truck off at, being that this is my first time booking a U-Haul I thought that they could be returned at any location and when I filled out the form online the blank where you put where you are going to drop off at was labeled “optional” so I did not give it much thought. After booking the truck and getting it switched to a 15 foot someone told me that Idabel has a U-Haul location so I found the number and called and asked could I drop off there and they told me it was no problem. When I went to pick up the U-Haul the Norman location was not open yet but there was an employee outside and I asked him for help. He told me to download the U-Haul app and I would do it all from there and that they were not open he was just getting the trucks ready. I downloaded the app and took a picture of myself and ID and inspected the truck, mileage, and gas as the app instructed. During all of this no one mentioned that I had an in town rental and that it had to be returned at this same location. After I finished with the app a contact was emailed to me, that I did not look at right away. I got in the U-Haul and drove it to load my belongings. When arriving at my apartment I parked the U-Haul and discovered my grandmother had fell and and fractured her hip and the paramedics had to come get her. This all occurred on Sunday May 6th. After dealing with all of that we started loading everything in the U-Haul to drive to Idabel and unload it. I made it to idabel and had everything around 3:00pm. I had the truck booked until 8:00pm but I had to work that night so I went ahead to return it so I could get some sleep before work. Once I made it to the Idabel location to return the U-Haul I opened the app to go through the same process as I had before since the Idabel location was closed as well. Once I opened the app it said that the U-Haul had to be returned to the Norman location. I called customer service and they transferred me to a Joseph. This is when I found out that there was a difference in the way you book a U-Haul and I informed him that this was my first time booking a U-Haul and that I did it online and did not say anything about it. He informed me that I would be charged for my mileage which was a $316 hold that was placed on my card plus a two time the one way fee for returning it at the wrong destination which i
