Kent FI reserved the trailer at the lemay location. Uhaul made me go on a wild trailer chase to a new location. I drove an hour to find the new location and burned a quarter tank of fuel to pick up the trailer. There was zero compensation for doing Uhauls job. I will look elsewhere before renting again.
Doug VThe guy left a message on my phone that I was not answering because I was louding the U-Haul and he said your not answering your phone fuck you. To me that is very poor service I will never ever rent a U-Haul from him again
