William BLocation was not as easily accessible as thought when scheduling. Cell service was not strong so was unable to connect to do self return. Gas station clerk was less than friendly when asking for assistance.
Sarah WThe gas tank should be full when renting and should be filled up after each use to the full mark. I drove 3.3 miles and was charge for 5 gallons. It was just over a half a tank and was the same when I returned it. I was charge $26 and some charge. It's hard to gage when not full.
