Was guaranteed a truck or $50. They didn't have my truck at the location and did NOT give me the $50. Instead they give me an extra 50 miles which was less than the travel to the location of where they switched the location to lol. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kawkab mThe manager of the location Sam was unfriendly and not helpful. The 6 x 12 trailer had not been cleaned out from the prior rental. The trailer was parked on a slanted parking lot making it near impossible to hitch by myself. When I went into the location, the manager asked why I could not set it up by myself. Upon return, again, very poor customer support. The manager acted as if it was an inconvenience to help unhitch the trailer. I will NEVER use this U Haul location again.
