The manager of the location Sam was unfriendly and not helpful. The 6 x 12 trailer had not been cleaned out from the prior rental. The trailer was parked on a slanted parking lot making it near impossible to hitch by myself. When I went into the location, the manager asked why I could not set it up by myself. Upon return, again, very poor customer support. The manager acted as if it was an inconvenience to help unhitch the trailer. I will NEVER use this U Haul location again.

Nothing excellent service

Howard GMake sure the unit is clean inside. Make hooking up trailer is easier for the customer. I had to tell the worker to remove the chocks from the wheels before pulling away. Make returning trailer easier for the customer. Other UHaul locations I’ve used in the past are far more accommodating.
