I dropped the truck off after hours. I did not interact with anyone at this location. Since my only choice was yes or no I chose to yes, so that you wouldn’t get it back with you.

STEVEN TThe U-Haul on Taylor Mill Road in Independence, KY was such a blessing during a difficult time for me. While I was dealing with health issues, the staff and management were incredibly polite, patient, and understanding. They worked with my daughter to extend our rental and made sure we had the extra time we needed without adding more stress. Their kindness and compassion truly stood out, and I am so grateful for the way they treated us. This location goes above and beyond for their customers, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
