I was told that I could drop it off at the Florence location because that's what I marked on the website and it was confirmed by the in store clerk. Then I was charged 200 dollars for wrong drop off. So I'll never be using uhaul again for truck rentals.

ROGER JI dropped the truck off after hours. I did not interact with anyone at this location. Since my only choice was yes or no I chose to yes, so that you wouldn’t get it back with you.
