I made my reservation at an UHaul full service location - reservation was changed by UHaul to a location that did not offer locks, boxes, moving accessories. Location was not clearly marked as to where the office was located (had to walk through working bay areas), code not received prior to arrival at gate, UHaul did not contact me on Friday night as communicated by UHaul in the rental contract.

Peter CFirst of all we were promised a different location and ended up being changed to this location. You needed a code to get in. The guy that signed us in was less than friendly. Almost like it was a bother to him. We had to travel through several neighborhoods to get to the location. Then we get a call that there was damage to the truck. There was no damage to the truck and we had already purchased the additional insurance. We had similar problems the last time we rented. The site argued with the amount of gas we put in the truck. We had to submit pictures to prove we had filled the tank to the correct level. It seems that U Haul is trying all they can do the collect extra from their customers.
