Employees should go over contract especially odometer reading. I was handed all my info in a pamphlet folder after processing payment card and walked to the truck without going over anything. I reset trip meter and fuel use readings before I left location and there was a 10 mile discrepancy upon return. My map quest mileage and trip meter were a match. The manager gave me a credit the next day, but said in the future it's buyer beware. I suspect funny business.

Truck was dirty on the outside and reeked of cigarettes on the inside. I can live with the outside but if you offered non-smoking vehicles, that would be great. I pre-ordered boxes and expected they would be ready to go but not only were they not ready, they weren't even on the order so I completely forgot about them. We have only returned to this location which went great but picking up was not as customer service oriented.

Wasnt provided with what i made reservation for (17') and got 15' van instead. Staff wasnt apologetic at all and didnt care. Right before i checked in, i doublechecked my account online while i was in line and found that my 1:30 reservation was pushed to 4:30. I did not make the change and wasnt notified about it either. of course the staff didnt know anything about it and couldnt care less. I will not be returning to this location.

Truck had broken ramp, no trolley and no extra furniture pads in the truck to use. Had to drive back to exchange the truck which took time out of our day and costed us more for the movers to stay another whole hour to help us. Very upsetting. Will not visit this location again.

First of the truck was not that great, the paint on the hood was badly deteriated with portions of black large spots on the white hood. The truck had 89000 miles on it when I picked it but ran really well. The interior was clean but the broken loose sun visor was an irritant during the entire trip. I’m glad that I had pre reserved but that still had no influence on the choice of the truck they provided me with. . Over all I got the job done but what do you do when the business is the only one in the area.

Maintenance to the vehicles need to be checked and taking care of more frequently. I was told there was 3/8 of a tank in the vehicle up on getting in it there was only a quarter of a tank I had to tell the man working there to change the paperwork.

They were great in calling to confirm I was coming because I was stuck in traffic, but forgot my dollies. I called them twice about it and they did not credit my account as they stated they would. The return site got the dollies refunded.

Would be nice if the gassing situation were easier to estimate. I needed to guess and overfilled the tank. Staff said they weren't allowed to apply that against a few excess miles. Seems like there has to be a fairer system that wouldn't require me to give gas to UHaul.

The ignition did not work well. The clerk said "you have to shake it around a bit. It took 5 minutes to get the truck started after loading. The windshield wipers were bad. The metal part was scraping the windshield glass, and visibility was poor because the rubber part of the wipers was not making contact in several places. This was during a snow storm. The clerk said he did not have any replacements because "Amazon had not delivered them yet"

Check engine and other bad sensors on the truck. I arrived at 4:57pm and the workers didn't want to check me out, so I left the keys in the box. They were pretty quick getting me the truck though.

Customer service was friendly; however, not knowledgeable. Released a truck that was not safe. UHaul Rep (Tina Bomar) in Cinci confirmed the truck should never have been rented to a customer with tire pressure being so low. I've called 3x regarding issue and have not received a call from UHaul management to discuss.

The staff is quite impressive and professional and I am appreciative of good customer service. However, the equipment (rental vehicles) need to be cleaner and better maintained. Trailer lights were wired wrong turn signals were opposite the vehicles turn signals. When I checked the plug two wires pulled out of connection and the yellow and green wire were switched. I did repairs at home. All lights are working as should be now.
