The ignition did not work well. The clerk said "you have to shake it around a bit. It took 5 minutes to get the truck started after loading. The windshield wipers were bad. The metal part was scraping the windshield glass, and visibility was poor because the rubber part of the wipers was not making contact in several places. This was during a snow storm. The clerk said he did not have any replacements because "Amazon had not delivered them yet"

Check engine and other bad sensors on the truck. I arrived at 4:57pm and the workers didn't want to check me out, so I left the keys in the box. They were pretty quick getting me the truck though.

Customer service was friendly; however, not knowledgeable. Released a truck that was not safe. UHaul Rep (Tina Bomar) in Cinci confirmed the truck should never have been rented to a customer with tire pressure being so low. I've called 3x regarding issue and have not received a call from UHaul management to discuss.

The staff is quite impressive and professional and I am appreciative of good customer service. However, the equipment (rental vehicles) need to be cleaner and better maintained. Your contracts request an action that you as a vendor doesn't reflect or deliver that needs to improve. Fondly, Mrs. Smith

Trailer lights were wired wrong turn signals were opposite the vehicles turn signals. When I checked the plug two wires pulled out of connection and the yellow and green wire were switched. I did repairs at home. All lights are working as should be now.

The representatives at this location were neither friendly nor helpful, and apparently the printer was broken too. Everything went smoothly enough, but if I didn't already have experience renting from U-Haul a number of times in the past, I'm not sure that would have been true. I will most definitely not be returning to this particular location.

This location always has equipment available but, not my favorite location to go to! I don't think this is a real safe area of Indianapolis. Trailer running lights did not work while SUV was in motion on the road. You need to check your trailer lights.

It took me 45 minutes to an hour to clean out the ice and water in the bed of the truck. Your paying customers should never have to spend time maintaining u-haul's equipment. This cost me time and more importantly money (more then the rental cost itself), since I was not able to work during that time.

The car wiring this location installed for the trailer rental was done poorly. On the drive to Florida, it chaffed at two locations -- failing the tail light signal at one and causing the U-Haul fuse to blow from one other. That meant I had no trailer lights for part of the drive despite them working when I checked at the start. After discovery, I went to a U-Haul center where it took them three hours to change out the entire U-Haul installed wiring so I could complete my drive.

i? waited out front for TWENTY MINUTES before anyone came out. called three times while waiting and no one ever answered. the attendant finally came out and was too busy with another store to take care of his waiting customers. there was a line behind me. and to try and reconcile it, he hit on me. then when i? got the truck, the psi in the tire was low and it needed an oil change. i? felt no need to fill the quarter of a tank of gas i? used because i? had such a terrible experience.
