I really can't give an honest rating because I did an after-hours drop off. The place was a little scary and I was concerned about leaving the truck with the back unlocked and the dollies that I had rented inside. Maybe provide locks to lock up the back end with the equipment when they're not open? I certainly won't do an after hours drop off in the future.

TANAKA JBetter customer service, I asked a question about U-Haul and was corrected by the employee that she doesn’t work for U-Haul but I was at a U-Haul location so I asked exactly that this is U-Haul right? Truck was more pleasing experience then the human being.
