My rental requested two (2) furniture dollies. The truck was preloaded with one fiurniture dolly and one two-wheeled dolly. I was billed for the two-wheeled dolly, which i did not order, did not need, and did not use. A case could be made that I shouldn't have been billed for the furniture dolly, as the absence of the second furniture dolly as requested made use of the singular funtiture dolly impractical for my specific needs.
