We signed up for the truck-share at 9 am, but it was not set up for us. We ended up packing our truck 1 1/2 hours late because we had to wait for the location to open.

James TMaybe make sure your staff can fully understand English. Also please for the love of God we tried three times before getting the truck to not add a dolly and we STILL got charged a missing equipment fee for a dolly we never got nor wanted.
