I had a very poor experience with U-Haul. I had added an appliance dolly to my booking, but it was removed without any notification. When I arrived at the location, no one was able to help, and I had to drive 10 km to find a dolly myself. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration. The U-Haul app is extremely slow and unreliable. Uploading a single photo took about 23 minutes, which is unacceptable and far below expected standards. Additionally, the vehicle condition was not good. It did not feel mechanically safe or reliable to be on the road. Overall, this was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. I expected much better service, communication, and vehicle quality from U-Haul. I would like this issue reviewed and expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, time lost, and poor vehicle condition.

Trevor UI would not recommend this location there’s nobody in the office, getting the keys for the truck was a bit difficult and I was told I could pick the truck up at 9 o’clock but it said the office didn’t open till 10 so I waited but no one ever showed up!
