The interior of the U-Haul was very dirty upon pickup, which made it uncomfortable to place my personal belongings inside. There were also two pieces of wood left behind from a previous customer, along with a 4-wheel dolly that I never ordered. Additionally, the left indicator was blinking unusually fast, suggesting the bulb may have been burnt out. When I contacted management, they were unwilling to offer any solutions or assistance. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend renting from this location. I would suggest the business check the equipment before renting it out to a paying customer.

Having parking for the vans/trucks and not have them on the road
Roger LI had a very poor experience with U-Haul. I had added an appliance dolly to my booking, but it was removed without any notification. When I arrived at the location, no one was able to help, and I had to drive 10 km to find a dolly myself. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration. The U-Haul app is extremely slow and unreliable. Uploading a single photo took about 23 minutes, which is unacceptable and far below expected standards. Additionally, the vehicle condition was not good. It did not feel mechanically safe or reliable to be on the road. Overall, this was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. I expected much better service, communication, and vehicle quality from U-Haul. I would like this issue reviewed and expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, time lost, and poor vehicle condition.
