When I scheduled my rental, I did not choose this location for a dropoff. But, received a phone call from Uhaul the day prior and they forced me to change my dropoff location. They did not explain why. When I got to AG Pack & Ship, they told me they don't typically take trailers and were generally unprepared to deal with a trailer. I felt bad for them, but I just did what Uhaul told me to do. This whole process was confusing because I went through the reservation on your website and had everything settled before I left town. Calling me en route to change my dropoff was disruptive, unhelpful, and in the end inconvenient for everyone involved. Would love to know why I couldn't just leave it at the location I set in the online reservation.
