I did not go into the facility, the truck was left outside gate. The personnel at uhaul.com were helpful however the pick up and drop off were changed from original reservation. Having to have a service call for a damaged tire (noticeable screw) was time consuming and frustrating. The most positive about the experience was the pick up location. It was inly a few miles from my home and was a very convenient place to pick up and easy to complete.
