The manager was very helpful in helping me rent a vehicle so near to closing time. The cost was reasonable for the short time and shirt distance I needed to get a dresser across town.

Site and manager were great. Did not recognize at pick-up and will test before I ever rent again, but the rear brake lights and blinkers did not work on truck I rented. Had to have these fixed before we could leave the area. Repair shop team was great.
Amy HWe had a reservation for 9 AM. It was on the email that I received. When we get there, he says I have a reservation for 10 AM. They obviously overbooked the truck. Very frustrating. Then when I get to our agreed-upon drop off location in Chicago. They say that I was supposed to take it to another location. They changed the drop off location after I was already on the road. Very frustrating.
Lee BI did not go into the facility, the truck was left outside gate. The personnel at uhaul.com were helpful however the pick up and drop off were changed from original reservation. Having to have a service call for a damaged tire (noticeable screw) was time consuming and frustrating. The most positive about the experience was the pick up location. It was inly a few miles from my home and was a very convenient place to pick up and easy to complete.
