KELLY CI appreciate AG Pack & Ship for working with me, as I apparently dropped the the U-haul off at the wrong Iowa City location. It was my fault, but they were very understanding and worked with me so that I did not get charged for late drop off. I will not hesitate to use them the next time I move.
