This is apparently a mostly self-serve operation. The process was simple and straightforward, but perhaps some people might have trouble with the process and with getting the truck back into a space.

U-Haul changed my original drop-off location to a location that was not open, requiring self-check out which was extremely frustrating with no cell coverage for app or confidence that my mileage issue would be resolved. Owner of business answered the phone and was helpful but self-checkout took an hour.
BRIAN BGreat service and equipment.
GREGG MThe best
LESTER RThe service was fine at this location, but the parking is really cramped. The guy told me to park the van up front when returning, but the spaces were so tight that I gave up and parked between the larger trucks in back just where I was told not to. Additionally, I dropped off the vehicle a few minutes before 5:00pm. I thought there'd be someone to retrieve the vehicle. And, when I went into the app to click on return, it was right around 5:00, but the app responded during late evening that I had dropped off the van at 6:04. That is incorrect. I hated the rental process with having to download yet another app and go through all these hoops including calling my husband, who was there with me when I rented the thing, to ask if I was a real person. I get that those cars were recently stollen by someone impersonating Justin Bieber and I guess you can't be too careful, but the service guy was standing right there, staring at the both of us. Just the whole thing besides the actual driving part sucked. Again, why wasn't there a person to greet me upon return as early as 5pm which is like the normal off work time in this society? And why did the app lag so much that it registered my returning the kays more than an hour later? We're moving in the near future, and I am considering going with a rival service. The vehicle being in such great shape is the only reason I'd return.
