Customer service and personal always very nice. The truck was not swept out in the back or front and the truck leaked somehow so our mattress got wet even with 2 covers on it when it rained.

I spoke to a man named Mike (I think maybe he was the U-Haul representative) about extending my rental. He was very condescending and rude to me. The store was nice, but his attitude ruined the whole experience for me.
Breanna SThis location is a head shop and not conducive to any family customers. Although clean inside the aroma was unusual and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. The attendant was friendly but did not appear to be attentive regarding dropoffs and offered no proof of delivery.
