I found this to be a extremely frustrating but easy experience- considering I made my reservation but a week and a half in advance and paid extra to ensure that I would have moving blankets and a utility dolly, it was very frustrating and it’s disappointing that only when I came to pick up my reservation I was told that I wouldn’t have a dolly for the blankets that I paid for. Not only was disappointed about what I paid to reserve was not available to me, I was very frustrated by the lack of pair or empathy given to me by the woman handling my reservation. Truly, there was no care, not even from the supply manager that I connected with on the phone after I chose to stick with U-Haul to find it solution. She literally had no solution for me and offered no sympathy or alternative solution. While I had no negative experience with the truck itself I ended up paying Home Depot to rent the equipment and supplies that I needed to have a successful and positive move, and I only credit them with this moving experience being as smooth as at once. I certainly have no intentions of ever giving U-Haul my money again in any circumstance after the experience that I had with you. I truly am very frustrated with you and have lost all confidence in the U-Haul brand.

SOUFIANE EThe experience was good but I think the pick up process needs to be more robust for billing transparency. I picked up the truck at a certain fuel level( which wasn’t full) and returned it at the same level but got charged for not returning the truck on a full tank.
OLAYEMI OWe had a terrible experience at the first drop off location. We were re routed to this one. Was on the phone with ppl one and a half hours to fix the mix up that Uhaul created. I’m not using uhaul again after this experience
