ILEANA PArrived at Zam Zam at their posted opening time (9:00 am). Doors were locked. Individual was sitting in car; I assumed it was another customer. Called U-Haul to get vehicle checked in...as I had a flight to catch. I was hung up on twice (individuals don't know how to transfer calls), given the wrong phone number once, and told there was nothing that could be done. Finally reached an individual who would help and, after more than 30 minutes, had vehicle turned in. As I was leaving the drop-off location at 09:36 am, I watched the individual who had been sitting in the car get out and unlock the facility door...he'd been there all the time and (apparently) didn't want to help me return the vehicle. I I were you, I'd drop this location as a rental/return facility until and unless you find a way to get them to work on time.
