I´ll never come back to this location! I made a reservation online for one day, picking up Saturday afternoon and returning Sunday (24 hours later). When I arrived at the Location, the clerk told me if I wanted the Van, I needed to rent it until Monday (an additional day), since they didn´t open on Sundays nor had a key drop off box. This cost me additional $35 that if I would´ve know when making the reservation, I would´ve looked for another Location. I don´t think it´s fair and this should be disclosed when making the reservation and not when you´re picking up the vehicle.

Yahia AI will never recommend to go in this location, the agent of this location is very rude and I had ask for my receipt and he had told me that he is gonna send me on email but he didn’t do it during the renting the vehicle. And he doesn’t have sense how to talk with the customers even I was in his store for a while and he was talking so rudely with other customers..
