No signs to tell you where to drop off directions take you to there house not the spot to drop off and you can’t get a hold of the guy who runs it for help
JEFFREY SThe drop off site was clean where the office was but we didn't see anybody and didn't know if anybody was in the office so we just left the key in the key box and then left the truck pulled in instead of backed in so they would know which vehicle it was that I returned just a little bit more on time or whatever maybe to help the customer know more other than that it was okay
KATHY VMy uhaul reservation was incorrect and I was not able to pick up until 2 hours after when I arranged and then I had to drive from my first pick up location to Isanti which is 25 miles from my home. I was very disappointed
Brittany MOnly complaint is the web site wouldn’t work properly for downloading the pictures I was to take. Everything else went perfectly.
