The rear tires are cracked and worn out, thing rides like it has blown shocks, the drive line vibrates under moderate acceleration, possible bad carrier bearing/u-joint. The fuel mileage is far beyond bad and the exhaust smells of raw gasoline when idling. The headlights are so dim and yellow that driving at night is done at your own risk. Picking the unit up took forever due to a poor app lay out, easier to use website. And even then issues with the old and crappy letter combination locks made the experience even longer- much longer than it should have taken. I rented here as the upfront cost was less than penski and with miles and fuel it ended up being much more and this was just a one day rental! Do yourself a favor, if you are thinking of moving any real amount of distance hire a moving company because if you are going to spend a small fortune on one of these rentals, you might as well have someone else do all the lifting! Next time I will!
