Barbara WUhaul has to tell the customer before they have to drive all around for an hour and a half and over 100 miles extra to our day to get a truck. Dispatch did not notify me and we drove to three locations.
Bridget Pthis entire company has become nothing but a joke. Everything has to be done on an app whether you want the app or not. There is no personal service unless an issue arises, and my last experience had many issues. I am 100% dissatisfied with this company and the lack of interpersonal connection. Complete fail.
