Didn't catch the gentleman's name but he was super chill. First time renting a Uhaul truck and wasn't sure if we would be able to drive a 20 ft truck. He was very assuring which helped make our hours long trip much more at ease. I also mistakenly booked for 30 miles but traveled over 100 and he had no issues with that. As for the location, it was great as you can easily pull in and out straight onto the highway. No issues checking in and out also.
