Picking up was great but returning the truck was a hassle. I tried to return it early and the system was down( even in corporate) but other bps were fine. Then when I returned it on my return date and time, there was nobody there that knew how to do uhaul. I was asked to come back but that would have made me late. I'm not going to be charged for being late when I wasn't at fault. The cashier tho was nice enough to help me out.
