Staff at this location were great, very easy pickup process. Had three problems that should have been avoided, I added 24 blankets, received four bags, and there were only five blankets in each bag for a total of 20, I was stopped after dark due to the rear running lights being out on the brand new uhaul, one and a half hours later with roadside assist and my help finding the fuse that was blown, we were back on our way, lastly, we were pulled over coming back into Florida because apparently we had to stop for an agricultural inspection, so stops tacked two extra hours onto our trip, luckily we still had enough blankets.

Tell them the correct time of pick up I requested 8:00AM I was sent an email to pick up at 9:00 AM and when I got there I found that the place did not open until 10:00 AM Also I was not notified 48 hours before, I had to call 24 hours before
