It was great. Guy was expecting me for my 7:30am pick-up and I was out and on the road in no time. Drop-off was even faster. The check out guy did bemoan that he hardly ever has a fridge dolly, so do check with the location ahead of time to confirm. Luckily for me, my U-Haul movers Easy-Peasy were awesome outright, and even had their own fridge dolly already, saving me a trip to the Rolling Meadows U-haul location. Still, I'd do it again with U-Haul.

WILBUR HCab of truck floor bed was full of sand/dirt covering the entire drivers side area and the bottom of the driver's door. This was not a bother to me, for my rental. I realize that based on the return time from the previous customer, there may not likely have been time to clean the cab of the truck out.
