Truck ran great but front driver door was a little loose and rattled quite a bit
MICHAEL REverything was quick and easy. The van was modern and clean and the backup camera was Excellent. The staff at the location made the vehicle easy to rent.
AUSTIN BEasy drop off but note that address in U-Haul system is incorrect, it is not the Midas Muffler location at Irving and Medinah, it’s Irving and Rohlwing which is about a mile East. I only discovered when I called ahead thinking the drop off was closed all weekend (per the app). Luckily they explained the address and were open on Saturday so easy drop off, but had I not called, I would’ve been trying to drop off at the wrong location on a Saturday.
BRIAN YReservation pick up time was 7:00 am. This was booked almost a month in advance. No representative showed up until 7:25 am and there were a couple of people waiting so did not get truck until 7:35 am. Was very tight as we had the moving crew waiting at our house for our 8:00 am appointment.
