Reservation pick up time was 7:00 am. This was booked almost a month in advance. No representative showed up until 7:25 am and there were a couple of people waiting so did not get truck until 7:35 am. Was very tight as we had the moving crew waiting at our house for our 8:00 am appointment.

No maintained trailers jerrking breakes on trailer it was disaster wast of money

Tranisha OWhen reserving truck it gives you option for equipment such as dolly, furniture mats and so on. Well it gives you the option but the pick up place DOES NOT honor the equipment. Was charged for a dozen new furniture mats, I got four old ones. I requested a dolly and got nothing.
NICOLAS TI had ordered a utility dolly, they never had one, blankets were left thrown in the back of the truck, guy at the counter was nice enough, probably wouldn’t rent from there again.
