Make sure the equipment is there as promised and not make people feel like their moving plans are going to completely fall through. Not the locations fault.

Car hauler wasn’t at the location and the reservation manager stated I’d get a discount and then got charged more. I will be calling to place a complaint. F$&king ridiculous.
Brian DHave someone more informed and more professional dealing with customers. I rented 26ft for road test, and a person at front gave me front insurance and was rude when i asked question, telling me that i got the right thing! Of course he was wrong, i was sent back from DMV... Also, tank was closer to 1/4 than 1/2, i drove 15 miles, to DMV and back, and i was charged with half a tank fuel....
Milos AThe truck was dirty and smelly inside, they tried to charge me for fuel but luckily I took pictures when I returned the truck and contacted the U-Haul customer support to get the money back.
