Did not interact with personnel as it was after hours.
CHAD TDropped off after hours. Did not interact with staff. Photos on the app had to be taken multiple times get them to be accepted.
CHAD LWe were told I would have a larger truck. Howerever when we arrived at the location. We were told to go to another one. Once there we were told they couldn’t rent to us because of a charge before not paid we were unaware of. After we paid it, we got the truck. It was 15 foot not 20 and no appliance Dolly , yet I paid the 670.00 charge of the bigger truck. Why is this? The counter person didn’t know (it was the only truck they had). Communication is low between corporate and customers.
