Vacant lot in a small town so I didn't get to talk to anyone. Sort of confusing on how to drop it off but it all worked out and was super easy. All in all great rental experience.

Ordered 6x8, paid for 6x8...got a 5x8...🤷♂️ Reserved online, declined additional protection, ended up paying for additional protection. 🤷♂️ Guess I should have taken my time and not trusted the vendor so much. They were friendly.

Justin OI only voted down the "clean and inviting" question because the location is a true automotive shop, and is a clean as a working shop can be. The people there were awesome, and very knowledgeable and helpful.
Christopher BI was charged $30 for some sort of insurance, which I did not select. I had to file a claim to get reimbursed, and have not been reimbursed yet.
