Improve your dispatching and website. I requested a site and a time. Neither were available causing me to drive almost 200 miles out of my way. This process was very disappointing. It makes me reluctant to rent from uhaul again. The team at this pick up sight were difficult to get a hold of.

Tony HVacant lot in a small town so I didn't get to talk to anyone. Sort of confusing on how to drop it off but it all worked out and was super easy. All in all great rental experience.
