The man who handled my equipment return, Mr. Epperson, was rude, humorless, and completely devoid of even the slightest bit of customer service skills. He practically ORDERED me to sweep out the truck and fold the blankets. 100% WON'T RENT UHAUL AGAIN!

Worst customer service you can ask for, the place is disgusting, trucks are nasty, staff could care less to have a job or not, I will never use U-haul ever again especially the one on Airways BLVD in Jackson, TN.

I do business here about twice a month and by far the best place I have been to so far. The employees are super friendly and try their best to help answer any questions I have had. They also are extremely professional and make you feel welcome and appreciate the business.

The customer rep was grumpy, no other word. And it wasn't just me, he treated the customers in front of me the same way. The truck was a wreck, as far as the ride. It beat the pulp out of me. So much for an easy ride. When I received the truck I had way less than a quarter tank of gas. So you gave me $6 credit towards making it one quarter of a tank. However it took me $15 to get it to a quarter of a tank. So when I return it at a quarter of a tank, in essence you're making me pay for the fact that the previous customer didn't do his job. And I'm assuming you charged him for not returning it at a quarter tank and then turned around and charged me for it as well. Not happy. I tried to talk to the customer rep at the desk but you know what his answer was, "There's nothing we can do about it here that's a corporate decision." Malarkey. Not happy.

Reasoning for this location is because of location to where we were. The customer service was not polite, attitude was not professional at all. Have a training on how to treat the customers.

When you state a 6foot by 12 foot trailer let the customer know the opening where gate is is actually smaller as I rented it to fit a 54" deck mower on it and I couldn't load it on as the opening is like 1 inch smaller than I needed so I spent 50$ for nothing at all and had to borrow a real trailer for the use of it...

There was a little issue with a customer who had the truck before us, the manager at this location was beyond gracious and helpful! He even let us have the truck for an extra day which helped the move so much.

I don't agree with the total bill,I had 2 keep it overnight and it cost 150 bucks for the extra night....I'll check out Penske or Ryder next time.

The truck ran very rough. I have driven quite a few UHaul trucks of this size, and this one was the worst.

Full service spot but the facility was cramped and one-way drive through was blocked requiring backing a trailer. (not god for a novice!) Returning equipment was fast and hassle free. Employees were efficient.

This was not my first location for pickup. The fist one was scheduled for 8 and no one was there I called them at 835 and was told to come back at 930. When I arrived there was no one able to rent the trailer to me , was told that person was on his way in and they would call when ready. I called the Memphis number and had my pick up location changed to the better location. The first location finally called at 1230 saying they were ready for me. 4 and a half hours late for my scheduled and confirmed pick up time. Something needs fixed for that big of a time difference.

Staff was unfriendly. He didn't open the doors until about 5-10 minutes after my scheduled pickup and seemed very inconvenienced by my reservation. There was nothing unusual about my reservation to make him act that way. I was also asked to sign a form stating that the truck had a full tank (I was told, matter-of-factly, that it had a full tank) and told it needed to have a full tank upon return. I realized when I had already left that the tank was at 3/4-7/8 full.
