Customer Service at the front desk and how unprofessional they was in speaking with a customer such as me when asking necessary questions when you are purchasing a Uhaul from them . Not as much helpful you like them to be . Need more customer training if possible, thank you.

On the first initial call, a man answered and gave us an address in a not so inviting neighborhood that wasn't a U-Haul and he took absolutely no information for reserving it. That all seemed fishy so my husband called back and a woman answered. then my husband gave her all of the information that she asked for and most of it was incorrect. the kind of vehicle that was going to be used and the drop location. we had to drive another 30 minutes out of the way. Not happy with U=Haul at all!

I have used this location for years, but never again if I can help it. The guy who checked the truck in walked right passed me as I entered the store. Never greeted me or communicated what he was doing. When he did speak he was very short and accusatory as if they had given me a 2019 Uhaul. Never thanked me as a customer or have a good day or anything. Acted as if he hated he had a job. Very unprofessional.

I got charged $22.00 extra for fuel when the gage is only broken down in quarters and was showing between 3/4th and full. My appointment was at 7 Am yet sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes until the store opened at 713. Then was harrassed to not park where I was parked waiting. Pretty shady business ethics. image2.jpeg I don’t know if the picture will appear but I took One of the gas gage when i dropped it off. As I has Just refilled it to where it was when I got it. Exactly the same spot.

If the representative is assisting another customer and a customer walks in kindly state, " welcome and someone will assist you shortly", instead of saying nothing at all. Outside representative (Dayton) was VERY professional and helpful!

The man who handled my equipment return, Mr. Epperson, was rude, humorless, and completely devoid of even the slightest bit of customer service skills. He practically ORDERED me to sweep out the truck and fold the blankets. 100% WON'T RENT UHAUL AGAIN!

Worst customer service you can ask for, the place is disgusting, trucks are nasty, staff could care less to have a job or not, I will never use U-haul ever again especially the one on Airways BLVD in Jackson, TN.

I do business here about twice a month and by far the best place I have been to so far. The employees are super friendly and try their best to help answer any questions I have had. They also are extremely professional and make you feel welcome and appreciate the business.

The customer rep was grumpy, no other word. And it wasn't just me, he treated the customers in front of me the same way. The truck was a wreck, as far as the ride. It beat the pulp out of me. So much for an easy ride. When I received the truck I had way less than a quarter tank of gas. So you gave me $6 credit towards making it one quarter of a tank. However it took me $15 to get it to a quarter of a tank. So when I return it at a quarter of a tank, in essence you're making me pay for the fact that the previous customer didn't do his job. And I'm assuming you charged him for not returning it at a quarter tank and then turned around and charged me for it as well. Not happy. I tried to talk to the customer rep at the desk but you know what his answer was, "There's nothing we can do about it here that's a corporate decision." Malarkey. Not happy.

Reasoning for this location is because of location to where we were. The customer service was not polite, attitude was not professional at all. Have a training on how to treat the customers.
