There was a person sleeping in the rental and it was on EMPTY!! Tire pressure and engine lights are one and the van was funky!!! Horrible experience!! Never ever will I got to Hop In for ANYTHING. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Tried to complete reservation online, but was prompted with "no vehicle has been assigned to your reservation" when I got there, the clerk was kind and finished the reservation. The truck was missing part of the handle for the window, all the windows were filthy, check engine light on & no TPMS. Returned the truck cleaner than was given and still was charged a cleaning fee.
Ethan VBe able to close out the account when truck is returned. Have additional staff trained on the service provided.
Reginald HCashier had not been informed of much of the procedure by uhaul, I don't blame him at all
