They didn’t have the truck ready and were missing the dolly. They moved me to a location that was far away from where I was moving instead the one up the street and charged me for the extra dolly. The told me to go up the street to pick one up from another location but that location was closed. Then I had to go to a third location for the dolly and I was charged for extra miles
