Trinn JI've never rented from a U-Haul neighborhood location however, I was very impressed with the gentleman who helped me at the BP gas station U-Haul neighborhood location. The facility was clean. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I ended up at this location because my original pickup location (Southside and Beach Boulevard) did not have a truck available when I arrived, although I had been confirmed 2 days prior. It bothered me that I wasn't notified earlier before arriving that they did not have a truck for me. I had a moving crew on standby and I became nervous that I wouldn't receive a truck and that my movers would leave. I am happy that it all worked out.
