Check truck to ensure rodents/critters don't exist. Felt as if something was crawling on me while I was in the cab of the truck... I understand this may have only been a mental thing, but why should this even be a problem. I was overall able to get the move done in time, with a late start. The app didn't work for me, and this location was short staffed causing an even longer delay. Still, staff there was friendly and professional. I could feel that customer service was a priority.

The car was hot boxed and we couldn’t stay in the car unless the windows were rolled down. Pricing is way over priced and getting charged over $5 for using a credit card?.... were not told that. Totally ridiculous.

The location was fine but they had no blankets which I reserve 24 of So they sent me to another location not location was closed and they didn't have any anyway When the gentleman gave me his number and told me if I had any problems please give him a call you get a call center person who has no clue and who can't help you at all who's pretty much worthless And you're paying people to move you but you're out running around trying to find blankets so your furniture does not get damaged You end up at Walmart spending $100 on blankets and you have people waiting at your house that cost you an extra $100 because they had to wait on you is a really crappy thing to have happen when you make a reservation days in advance I could have just hired a moving company cheaper

This was the second time in a row that I rented a trailer from this location and had the same problem. Did reservation on-line for a trailer with no ramp. When I arrive to pick up, I find that someone from U-Haul has changed my reservation to a trailer with a ramp. I had a reason for not wanting the ramp and it was not cost related. Of course they didn't have the trailer I needed and I had to settle for a smaller trailer with no ramp. Made phone call to GM and did not get a return call. Why have a reservation system if you don't know how to hold the reservation!! Terrible customer service.

Deborah is quite rude and blames the customer for the agreements in which the staff make. I rented my uhaul at 5:42pm and dropped it off to a location closest to me as instructed by one of the workers. This woman has been harassing me since 20minutes after I delivered the truck. By the way, not only did her office give me permission to deliver the truck to another location, but that location also called and received approval to accept the truck. The truck was delivered in a very timely fashion. I have requested a call from corporate several times but seem to get a returned call from Deborah each time. Today I was called at 8:14 am and told that I needed to pick the uhaul up from the location where I delivered and bring to them or they would be charging my credit card again. Customer service was horrible at this place and I will never rent from them again. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as I feel I am being taken advantage of to the fullest.

I am waiting a call from a manager from either location. The enclosed trailer we rented had a leak in the ceiling unbeknowst to us and it ruined my son's mattress. We did add the extra insurance so I would hope to be reimbursed to purchase a new mattress for him. I would hope this trailer is being taken out of circulation until it is repaired so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Have the trucks ready to go for when a reservation is in the morning! If it is buried in the back then you are wasting valuable time of the customer while that is sorted out. Improve upon the mobile check in because it definitely needs work and I had to abandon the process and still wait in line. I am a millennial and the whole check in was clunky and needs to be better streamlined within the app. If you want to reduce your overhead expense and switch to a more electronic check in process, then get a process that works! Honestly it is a great idea since the worst part is waiting in line to get your equipment and this would obviously help your profit margin.

I needed a pickup truck to get a new TV home. I made a reservation and was in a hurry to get the TV home from the store before an approaching rain storm. Upon renting the truck interior was filthy with grimy windows and dirty ashtray. It reeked of cigarettes. Since I was in a hurry and the UHaul associate had earlier told me it was the only truck available I didn't say anything and took it. I returned 90 minutes and 19 miles later and did an after hours return on the app. When the app asked if the truck was clean and ready to rent again I clicked NO and described the filthy interior and smoke smell where the app allowed. To my surprise the app added a cleaning charge to my order and charged me for it. I immediately called UHaul customer service to dispute the charge and also returned to the rental location the next morning to have the charge removed from my credit card. The associate at Corp customer service could not and the associate at the location could not and the absent location manager never returned a call to me. My bad for reporting the filthy condition of the truck when I returned it and my credit card company is disputing the charge.

Understaffed.,I waited over 40 minutes to pick up a truck at a pre-arranged time. The truck was given to me with a full tank of gas, but when returning it, even though I only did 47 miles it took 10 gallons of fuel to refill. This seems like a scam

I tried to make a reservation online, but the system stopped at the end of my reservation and would not allow me to complete it online (no reason given by the website). When I went to the location in person, I was told that there were no 17' trucks available. I rented the next size truck, but I would have like to have completed this action online. The system should have been able to tell me this information.
