The inside of the store had a bad smell. If you can purchase some air freshener like Air Wick the ones you plug on the wall. Other then that service was awesome. Customer service representatives we're fast, polite, professional, and helpful.....



I was charged for a dent that I was not aware of . My move was very minor move and was charged saying I caused that dent and scratched. I am no way would have caused it. Not sure what I should do

Not abt this location, but in general one of Uhaul neighbourhood was not even ready to check if my equipment was connected corrrectly during my journey at one location.It was a bad experience . I was told to go to a different location . Being experts, they should be assist. Not sure

I have trouble finding this facility on the U-Haul website. i've used it a number of times but always have to do a Google search. We had a problem with the wiring on my car but staff worked about 30 minutes to locate it and we were on our way. The staff here is one of the reasons i always have used this location. While on site, i picked up a number of screws and nails and threw them away. there's a lot of small debris in the parking lot that could be blown away on a weekly basis.

The A^C was not working properly and this realy took away from the ability to trave in confort after loading and traveling over 500 Mies. When we informed the UHaul employee, all we reveive was a " well we are sorry about that".

I had a problem after I got to my destination. I needed to back up. Upon checking I noticed on the hitch said “do not back up”. I called and was put on hold twice and disconnected (no call back). The third time I called and advised this was my third call and if we got disconnected would he call me back and was assured he would. After some time on hold I was advised there was no alternative go around for backing. Also if I backed up if could damage the trailer, towed vehicle or vehicle towing the vehicle. I had to park overnight on the street. Maybe the first two persons were to busy and could not find a way to help and give up on me. If you have an inoperable vehicle a no backing tow dolly could cause problems. Don’t know if I could have foreseen this prior to rental. Thanks maybe this helps someone. Car trailer or car dolly.

I've visited this office on several time, each time has been a pleasant visit. My compliments to Mrs. Debra for her professionalism as well as her friendly attitude and patiences. My visit occured doing the early morning hours, there were several customers waiting in line, she kindly give attention to each of us and no one was rushed. She successful got each us satisified on our way. Kudos to Mrs. Debra and the staff who were very kind and professional. The young men, Christopher, at the close of the day presented the same positive professional character as did the others.

Before returning the truck I got a phone call from an drop off in Jacksonville at Main and 8th telling me I needed to drop it off at his location because the truck was assigned to him. That was not going to work since it was downtown Jacksonville and rush hour traffic. I had to call your home office to see if I had to take it there and she advised me that I did not need to. Then when we dropped it off we were told we went over our mileage and owed $8. To which I would have paid but the fact that I overfilled the truck from 3/4 to a full tank I felt that would even it out. The line to talk to the guy in charge was too long for me to wait. I took me more that 1:45 minutes to finish the Mobil pick ready so I could take the key, after that I spend more that 30 minutes to take pictures of all demeges of the pick up, keep taking ang taking pictures to my driver license and distntake, after all I got blocked for a return big truck, unfortunately the driver was dropping the key, and I make him move, passing my self as a U-Haul worker, because the client didn’t want to move, well in total I leave the please with at pm since 7:30 pm that i got there and i was changed for 4 hours, and I return the pick up tuck at 11:00 pm Just terrible
