Absolutely the dirtiest office I have ever been in. Smelled and looked like a dog kennel. Very awkward. I'm also aggrevated with all the additional contacts u haul asked for. Returning was a pain. I will avoid u haul next time

This space was terrible. The waiting area smelled terribly and was overrun with dead plants, items piled on every flat surface and inadequate ventilation and lighting. The attendant was unable to print a receipt for us and generally did not seem to be able to do her job quickly and efficiently. I would not recommend sending another customer to this location.

I just would like to have been assured that he knew where the trailer came from and that it was returned and checked in to the system. I suppose that U-haul has a way to track equipment but I was returning blankets and a utility dolly as well.
