The address listed was incorrect. Luckily , I looked up in time to turn right at the light. Lol Also, I highly do not recommend the app check in , because it is a long process that I did not expect , being it was my first time renting a U-Haul ever. I had to take way too many photos .and also the add-on that I had was not there (appliance dolly ). So I went ahead and had friends to help lift what I couldn’t. However, it’s somewhat beneficial to my records so that if anything happened to the van I would not be at fault . Overall, great experience.
