This was not my original pickup place. I was supposed to pick it up at the Neptune Beach location. THAT was a joke. I made the reservation in advance and they sent an email stating a different time for us to pick it up and when we went in to tell them that we needed it at the original time, he said okay; then they called and said they would not have one available and that we had to pick it up at the St. John's Bluff location and that we could pick it up on Monday (a day earlier than we needed it) and there would not be an additional charge. Somehow we were charged for three days. We were NEVER told that there is a three day minimum on a one way rental. They also gave us a different drop off location than what we requested. Is there a three day minimum on a one way rental? I want a partial refund.
KEVIN BI realized that I was charged Safe Move without me requesting for it. This never happened on my previous rentals. I am disappointed
