Passenger front tire tread inside and outside was completely worn. This should have been replaced . This caused less MPG on gas mileage. And a major safety issue .

ANTWAN AThe equipment (dolly) wasn’t available for my pickup but they were able to remove the charge
Keundra WA rather disorganized experience, although the employee was very nice. I was the only one there and it took at least 30 minutes to get on my way (to be fair, their internet was down but I was told that this had been an ongoing problem - why?). I had been redirected to this location which was well out of my way because my size truck wasn't available any closer. When I was picking up my truck I was asked "Were you told that you have to go to another location to get your dolly?". I had the dolly removed at that point.
