Had 2 reservations for a 10ft truck. One on a Friday and one for the following Monday. Went to pick up my rental for fhat Monday and my truck was not there. Got sent to 2 other locations, very very very disappointing

DWIGHT GTHIS RATE FOR (5630 philips hwy) Location, when I arrived to drop truck and equipment, i met a u-haul employee out side before i get in to the store and he said wait next to truck i will come to help you , and then he takes long time so i went inside to ask about him , and the other employee his name Marcos i guess , he was so rude and disrespectful to me , and he refused to receive truck and equipment and he said : take the truck and do whatever you want I’m not going to receive it. I’m so upset, i had to call the police to come , cuz there was another customer as well staying in his side and both were racism to me yelling in my face , at the end the police left and told to call the management to direct me to another location and i did. I lost Time and Energy, i hope you deal with disrespectful racism employee like him. And hope to get $99 refund for an extra day charges i already allowed to , and fuel i lost because of this issue. Thx
