They charge me for cleaning fee what they have to clean there own sign In the back I mean really then had the truck didn't seem to want to get up to speed almost going into 4 to change gears

LINDA BThe rep was busy on the phone at drop off so she said she will email my receipt. My receipt had an extra charge because no one explained that I needed to put gas in the truck. Had someone told me, I would’ve returned the truck with the quarter tank of gas that was used. Poor communication & poor service!
ELEXIS NOnly problem I had was the U-Haul app was freezing and not working
JENNIFER BDrove a total of 16 miles. Put 2.5 gallons in (avg 9mpg) was charged 15 for 3 gallons anyway..
