The above address was not the drop off address assigned to me. I dropped the truck off, no one inspected the truck, when I asked for a receipt, I was told they don’t provide one at that location. The truck wasn’t logged back in until and marked returned until four days later when I followed up with customer reps and filed a complained. Not sure why U haul will not use their stores and depend on satellite sites as such. This overall experience made me not want to use u haul in the future.
