Yes we had a smooth ride from NC to Fl till we got to Fl it locked up on us but they came and got it for us and was very nice I didn’t like the fact that no one told me I was picking the Uhaul up in a Duffy place untill I called them plus told me to get to a place to hook up my lights be there at 7 when the guy doesn’t work till 8 but they where very nice to me while I waited and then Stacie Delong came in as was as nice as can be hitched me up and I was so proud of him. You have great staff there but bad customer service on setting things up
