Location was not the one I made the reservation at and there was much confusion finding a truck near me although I reserved it weeks ahead of time. Once it was settled that it would be this location, I called the office several times before getting through, no room for a voice mail when called. The man on the phone saif he would switch my booking to the type that could use the app and key box for pick up as I had arranged for friends to help move me at 8am. When I arrived at the location, no such account was set up. I called corporate U-haul and spent 53 min on the phone with a very helpful man who forced the system to give me the lock box passwords to find only a key for a truck that wasn't on the lot. I was then assigned a truck that was there and told to wait till 9 for staff to arrive to give me the key. A car pulled in at 9:05 and it wasn't the person who works in the office. That man told me I would need to wait as his friend was getting coffee. When the other man arrived, I kept my words to a minimum as I was upset at the wasted time and got the key and left. Because of this, my moving help had to leave, and it took me and my one child to move the whole house all day!
