I was charged for two days when I returned it on time I have GPS location on and it states that I returned it on time. Yet I was still charged a second day.

CHERYL RI had A. Few major problems with the entire rental. But as far as the truck pick up at the Pizza Factory that was fine. I ordered a truck and a toe Dolly. When I went to pick the truck up, the Dolly wasn't available. The only one they had was for local only. My rental was from Susanville to Seattle.. i called the 800 number and they located one, which was 80 miles away. They accord me that I was going to have to go pick it up and use the truck that I had just rented. Get charged for the mileage and the gas before. I even started my trip. I don't find that fair at all.. When I picked the truck up, it was supposed to be 650..00 and they wanted to charge me close to $800. That was the first problem we had to get the 800 line for support. After an hour of dealing with those individuals in trying to apply the discount that was offered, I was off to pick up the toe Dolly.. When I arrived in beaver, California until Dolly was available, I went in to check out and they told me it wasn't paid for which my card had already been charged over $800.. once again, I had to call the 1 800 line. To try to figure out what went wrong.. After spending an hour there, they were able to reduce the price of the toad Ali and said that they would be refunding me to the difference on my credit card which was overcharged.. after. Getting the paperwork at the beaver California location. The agent said the toad Dolly was in the back and drive around and I could pick it up.. not only did I pick it up. I had to install it and put it on myself and after doing a walk around. I found there was no lights whatsoever. The pigtail was broken from the previous rental. I did the pre-trip and advised them about it. But there was nothing that could do I either took it or had nothing, so I picked up the unit and headed back to Susanville to the Pizza Factory to pick my vehicle up after picking the vehicle up. I had to stop at a Walmart and get a red flashing light and put it on the back of my car. In order to drive safely to Seattle.. .After being. Overscharged on my credit card. That left me with limited cash for fuel, which made it very difficult and not knowing if I was even going to make it. As of today they still haven't refunded my card fully. I turned the vehicle in in Auburn Washington where it was assigned to I don't think I should be charged for the excess mileage that was put on by the reservation that wasn't correct in the beginning., the customer service has been anything but fair so far and I'm still. Upside down on my credit card.. That was my experience with U-haul.
