Truck was in a bad shape, and after returning the truck I get an email that I am charged a cleaning fee???? I cleaned the truck due to it being so filthy at pickup!!! Plus, I could not connect my cell phone for hands free driving. I won't be using U-haul next time.
HERBERT DIt was Labor Day so was not open.
Ryan MWas incorrectly charged another 192 dollars, reached out but no response.
