Unfortunately the person who had the U-Haul before me was two hours late returning. The facility person kept me informed, was professional and apologetic. He did everything he could in the situation.

This location did an excellent job! However, the equipment was not in good shape. First of all I had rented a 15 foot truck and a day before I was to pick it up. I was told that there were no 15 foot trucks available. I had to take a 26 foot truck which U-Haul gave me at the 15 foot price. However, the truck that I picked up had almost 200,000 miles and I felt very unsafe in it. I would take that vehicle out of service especially if you’re going to charge $1.19 per mile.
