I dropped this off after hours so I did not go inside or interact with anyone. phone called in to insure trailer was returned because the APP kept timing out and would not work. the only thing i was told at pick up location I would get a reduction in cost if trailer was retuned early. I did get it early but got no reduction in cost.

Jimmie CI turned in my rental after hours so I wasn’t able to talk to a representative but it was pretty easy to get the truck checked in so I could return it..
