Very helpful and made the process simple for me . They stopped what they were doing to assist me when I got out of my car. I definitely recommend them .
EDWARD MDid not have a dolly on site. They were not as prepared but this is not due to their part but in U-Haul changing our location at the last minute causing us a 46 mile diversion

Kimberly TCheck the gas before renting it because they gave me the unit with 1/4 of gas and I gave it with the same and they charged me 25 dollars more gas when I was asked to give it to them as it was given to me.
