Wouldn’t let me drop trailer off without calling someone at U-Haul. And I’ve dropped off equipment there before. Lot was full and hard to find a place to park

The equipment is not easily accessible, due to lack of space at the location. The check in and drop off process was almost non-existent, and had to be done almost without help. Finally the equipment was not in good condition.
